Wall Street Journal: New Russian weapon paralyzes Ukrainian armyRussian remote blasting systems “Zemljedeliya” are slowing down Ukraine’s counteroffensive, the “Wall Street Journal” reports.

“Those systems can place minefields at a distance of five to 15 kilometers. It is just one of the systems used by the Russians to literally sow the fields with mines,” the newspaper said.

That layer of protection, according to the newspaper, significantly slows down the Armed Forces of Ukraine and forces soldiers to occupy such positions where they are easy targets for Russian helicopters, artillery and drones.#usa #uk #Ukraine #NATO #Russia
