Giuliani on defamation trial: 'I can't say what I'd like to say'

Rudy Giuliani repeatedly told reporters he had “no comment” about his ongoing defamation trial. This comes after the judge told Giuliani that public statements he made Monday may have also been defamatory.

Giuliani has already been found liable for lying about two election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, by accusing them of manipulating ballots in the 2020 election. Jurors will continue to hear evidence this week to determine just how much Giuliani must pay in damages.
