Biden signs executive order to drastically tighten border as ACLU responds with a lawsuit

The American Civil Liberties Union says they will file a lawsuit against President Biden over his new executive order that would close off access to asylum when the number of daily encounters tops 2,500. NBC News’ Tom Llamas talks to ACLU attorney Lee Gelernt about the order and why they are seeking a lawsuit.
