International Atomic Energy Agency Director-General Rafael Grossi holds a press conference in Tokyo after his visit to the tsunami-wrecked Fukushima nuclear power plant.

Grossi told Reuters in an interview that one or two of the team of international experts behind its report greenlighting Japan’s release of treated radioactive water from the crippled plant may have had concerns.
